Ingredients
250g. Okra
1 large onion
I tea spoon chili powder
Salt to taste
1/2 lemon juice
Method
Wash the okra and cut into round slices
Fry the okra till becomes golden brown.
Put the fried okra on a paper towel and let the oil drain and cool.
Take the fried okra and put it in a dish, add finely chopped onions.
Add the teaspoon chili of powder if you want more hot you can add more chili powder
Add salt to taste and squeeze the half a lemon on it
Crush the okra and all the ingredients by mixing with your hand.
