Vegan Coconut Roti

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup coconut flakes (frozen) or freshly scrapped coconut
  • 1/4 cup sugar (actual recipe calls for 1/2 cup of sugar but I add less)
  • salt 1/4 tsp

Add water to 1 cup of flour just till it can be made into dough

Make small dough balls and roll with a rolling pin. If you added too much water / the frozen coconut flakes increased the moisture content, you can add more flour to get the desired texture to roll into a flat Roti.

Put on small pan and heat both side on low flame.
